The Owners Package
• Advise you on the best set up to maximize guest interest and comfort. • Provide you with a checklist of what you need to have in your vacation home. • Create a house manual to ensure guests use your appliances correctly. • Use professional photographs to create an effective advert and actively promote it online and on our social platforms. • Handle all inquiries on a daily basis to maximise bookings. • Manage the rental price in order to maximise occupation rate and rental revenues. • Take care of all financial transactions (rent collection, security deposits etc.). • Transfer your share of the rent to you every month. • Send you a Financial Report every month with an overview. • Access to the Owners portal to follow how your property is booked. • Manage the collection and payment of the local city tax. • Meet guests on arrival and remind them of the house rules. • Supervise check out (collect keys, refund security deposit, carry out laundry & cleaning). • Maintain good relations with guests to maximize rebooking.
