The Apartment

Le Palais is a modern well equipped studio flat in a high-standard building two steps from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach, in the so-called Golden Square, the most central area of Nice. There is a comfortable double bed and a sofabed for the third guest. The spacious balcony faces the west and a calm inner courtyard. The kitchen corner has all the necessary equipment for basic cooking, the spacious bathroom has a bathtub. The elevator and air conditioning add to the comfort of this lovely studio decorated with attention to the smallest details.

Neighborhood

Le Palais is situated in the so-called Golden Square of Nice, in the very building of the Palais de la Méditerranée that hosts a casino and a luxury hotel. The famous Promenade des Anglais is literally around the corner with a private as well as a public beach. The area has lots of restaurants and all sorts of shopping. It is also easy to reach the property by tramway (direct line from the airport).
