Masséna 1 is a newly renovated studio flat on rue Masséna, the pedestrian area in the heart of Nice. The location couldn't be better, with shops and restaurants at your doorstep, the tramway, and buses nearby, although you might just want to walk everywhere: the beach and the Old Town are in a few steps! The studio is decorated with taste, and very well equipped, with a modern open kitchen and a good size shower room. The sofabed is excellent. The windows are towards a silent courtyard.
